ART SOCIETY will subsequently be referred to as “ART SOCIETY”, “Art Media Agency”, “AMA”, “we” or “our”.

2.2. — Data we collect automatically:
2.2.1. — In the event that you log in to our services using the social media features available to you, ART SOCIETY will have access to certain data (including, your first name, last name, profile, and email address) from your account on said social network in accordance with the terms of use of the relevant social network. We may also collect some of your Personal data when you interact with features of these social networks, such as the “Like” features.

2.3. — Data retention period
2.3.1. — With the exception of the categories of Personal Data referred to in Article 2.3.2. below, your Personal data is archived after the following periods: 36 months after your last use of our Platform.
2.3.2. — The following categories of Personal Data may be retained for different periods: Financial data (for example, payments, refunds, etc.) are kept for the duration required by applicable tax and accounting laws.

6. Rights regarding Personal data
6.1. — You have the right to receive a copy of your Personal data in our possession (“right of access”).
6.2.You may also request the erasure of your Personal data as well as the rectification of inaccurate or outdated Personal data (“right to erasure and right to rectification”). Please note that we may retain certain information about you when the law requires us to do so or when we have a legitimate reason to do so.

6.6. — You also have the right to data portability, i.e., the right to receive the Personal Data you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and the right to transmit this data to another data controller (“right to data portability”).
