ART SOCIETY will hereinafter be referred to as “ART SOCIETY”, “Art Media Agency”, “AMA”, “we” or “us”.
Private use licence and credits
By connecting to the Art Media Agency website, the user acknowledges accepting a licence from ART SOCIETY, publisher of the www.artmediaagency.com website, and undertakes to respect the terms set out below:
All content (text, graphics, logos, names, brands, designations, tabs, functions, images, sounds, data, photographs, graphics, and any other material or software published on the site) are the property of ART SOCIETY or third parties from whom it has obtained the rights of use, and may under no circumstances be used without the consent and authorisation of ART SOCIETY.
ART SOCIETY may be required to use images that are not free of copyright. We undertake to cite the authorship of images and videos wherever possible. If a rights holder notices the presence of content protected by copyright on the site, they can and must inform ART SOCIETY who will remove the content if the rights holder’s request is legally legitimate.
