Frédéric Rouzaud, 2016 winner of the Prix Montblanc des Arts et de la Culture

The Fondation Louis Roederer has been recognised for its commitment to artistic creation. The 2016 winner of the Prix Montblanc des Arts et de la Culture, Frédéric Rouzaud – CEO of Louis Roederer – has been raised to the status of a “great sponsor”. He founded the Fondation Louis Roederer in 2011, in order to structure and perpetuate the foundation’s sponsorship policy, which since 2003 has been aimed at great cultural institutions and confirmed or emerging artists. This year, the foundation was a partner of the Seydou Keïta exhibition at the Grand Palais, the Jean-Michel Alberola and Michel Houellebecq exhibitions at the Palais de Tokyo, and the Richard Avedon exhibition at the Bibliothèque Nationale de France opening on 18 October. The foundation also funds the Louis Roederer research grant every year. Third Planche(s) Contact festival in Deauville

Deauville, 2 October 2012. Art Media Agency (AMA). From 27 October to 11 November 2012 the third edition of Planche(s) Contact, Deauville’s photography festival will take place in Normandy. Since the 1920s, Deauville has been welcoming and inspiring fashion photographers as well as reporters and artists. Thanks to Planche(s) Contact, their multiple visions of the city continue to enrich the French photographical heritage. For the last three years recognised photographers were invited in residence – in June and July – having the one and only indication-to establish a correspondence between their universe and one of Deauville’s.
